How long will my delivery take?
We process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your package leaves our facility, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Canada: 1–7 business days
• United States: 4–8 business days.
• UK: 6-10 business days
• International: 7–27 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays during high-volume periods or due to customs clearance.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes! Because we utilize national postal services for final delivery (such as Canada Post and USPS), we are fully able to deliver to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO).

Is a signature required upon delivery?
To make receiving your package as convenient as possible, we do not require a signature for delivery.
The carrier will leave the package in your mailbox or at your doorstep if it is safe to do so. If you have concerns about package theft in your area, please monitor your tracking link closely so you can retrieve the package immediately upon arrival.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We process orders very quickly to get your items to you as fast as possible. If you notice an error in your address, please email us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, we will do our best to update it. However, once an order is packed and labeled, we can no longer make changes.

What if my package is lost or delayed?
While rare, delays can happen. If your package has exceeded the estimated delivery window by more than 5 business days, please contact our support team at info@aminamodest.com. We will investigate the status with the carrier and ensure you are taken care of.
