How do I place an order online?
Shopping with us is completely digital! Simply browse our online collections and add your favorite pieces to your cart, and proceed to checkout. If you need any styling advice or have questions before purchasing, our customer care team is happy to help at [Insert Email Address].
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can easily check out as a guest. However, creating an Amina Modest account allows you to track your current orders, view your purchase history, and save your shipping details for a faster checkout next time.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please email us immediately at [Insert Email Address] with your order number and the changes you’d like to make, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If your package has already been handed over to our shipping carriers, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes or cancel the order. You will need to wait for the package to arrive and initiate a standard return.
How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please email us at info@aminamodest.com as soon as possible. Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. At that point, the order will need to be processed as a standard return, and you will be responsible for the related return shipping charges.
I didn't receive my order or tracking confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your Spam/Junk folder: Occasionally, automated emails are filtered here.
Search your inbox: Search for the keywords "Order," "Tracking," or "Amina Modest."
If it has been two business days since you placed your order and you still haven't received tracking information, please email us with your full name and shipping address so we can assist you.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
Right now, we are proud to offer shipping all across Canada! While we are only shipping domestically at the moment, we hope to expand our reach to the US and overseas in the future InShaAllah.
Canada: Free shipping on orders of $70 or over. For orders under $70, a flat rate of $4.99 applies.
Note: All currencies are in Canadian dollar
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Typically 1 to 3 business days (averaging about 5 business days).
Can I change my shipping address after my order has shipped?
Once our courier has picked up your package, we cannot alter the destination address. If you notice an error, email us right away. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping fees.

What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your modest wear. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, your garments must be unwashed, free of any odors or makeup stains, and in their original packaging.
Please note: Items purchased at a discount of more then 20% are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I start a return or exchange?
The most simple and recommended way is to visit our Returns Portal Link and initiate your request. You will need your order number and the email address used to make the purchase. Another option is to email us at returns@aminamodest.com with the following subject line: [RETURN - Order #] along with a reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
If using our portal, it will guide you through the return process of sending the item back.
Are returns free?
We do not charge any restocking fees; however, to help you save money, we can purchase a return shipping label on your behalf using our discounted carrier rates. The exact cost of this label will simply be deducted from your final refund amount.

Products & Sizing
How do I know what size abaya or khimar to order?
Modest wear is designed to be flowing and comfortable. For abayas, sizing is generally based on your height rather than your width. Please refer to the detailed Size Guide linked on every product page to find your perfect fit.
How should I wash and care for my garments?
To maintain the quality and longevity of our fabrics, we highly recommend hand-washing your pieces in cold water with a gentle detergent. If using a washing machine, use a delicate cycle and place the garments in a mesh laundry bag. Always air dry or line dry—never use a tumble dryer.
If I buy the same item twice, will the color match exactly?
Because we produce our garments in distinct batches, slight color variations can occasionally occur due to the dyeing process. We always strive for consistency and update our product photos if a new batch has a noticeably different undertone.
Where are your clothes manufactured?
We work with reputable manufacturing partners in Pakistan to bring Amina Modest designs to life. We strictly vet our partners to ensure they operate ethically and provide sweatshop-free environments for their workers.
